Product Features
Biomimetic streamline fin design
Its fin is not the ordinary straight type but features a special bionic leaf/mosaic design with curved outer edges and branching reinforcing ribs, resembling blooming petals or leaves. This design is fluid-optimized:
The curved fin can guide the hot air to flow upward more smoothly, reducing airflow resistance and enhancing natural convection efficiency;
The branch ribs on the fin significantly enhance the fin's rigidity without increasing thickness, preventing deformation of thin fins while also additionally expanding the heat dissipation surface area.
One-piece extrusion molding process
It is identical to a conventional sunflower radiator, formed in a single piece through aluminum extrusion. Made from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with a thermal conductivity of approximately 205 W/m・K, the base and all fins are seamlessly integrated, resulting in extremely low thermal resistance. Heat is rapidly conducted from the center to each fin.
This intricate bionic cross-section requires specially designed extrusion molds, presenting higher technical barriers than conventional straight-fin heat sinks and better showcasing the factory's customization capabilities.
The reinforced central base and mounting position
The center features a robust circular base designed to accommodate the LED light source module. Both the thickness and surface area of the base are optimized to ensure even heat dissipation. Some fin roots also include pre-drilled mounting holes or slots for securing the lamp housing or accessories, meeting the installation requirements of integrated LED fixtures.
