Two Sizes of Open Cooling Profile for Low & Medium-High Power Electronics
This dual side guard aluminum heat sink series includes two standard sizes: a large high-fin-density model for high-power equipment and a slim wide-gap fin model for low-power silent devices. Both are manufactured by one-piece 6063-T5 aluminum extrusion with integrated solid side baffles, which optimize airflow protection and structural rigidity.
The enclosed side wall design concentrates cooling air flow when paired with fans and prevents fin deformation during assembly. We supply raw long extrusion bars for custom cutting length, as well as full CNC machining and multiple anodizing surface treatments to meet diverse electronic cooling requirements.

2. Precision Cut-to-Length & Full Deburring Long extruded blanks are cut to customer specified lengths, followed by complete edge deburring to eliminate sharp burrs that scratch PCBs and operators.
3. Optional CNC Precision Machining Multi-axis CNC machines process mounting holes, threads and wiring slots with tight dimensional tolerances to fit your equipment assembly design.
4. Protective Surface Treatment Mill finish, silver or black hard anodizing can be applied to create a dense anti-rust protective film for indoor industrial and consumer electronic environments.
