Features
Aluminum alloy is considered to be the hottest radiator manufacturing material on the market at present, among which aluminum alloy 6063 and 6061 can be regarded as relatively. Although the heat dissipation performance is not as good as that of copper, the heat dissipation coefficient can reach 201W/mk, which can meet the heat dissipation needs of electronic products. In addition, the characteristics of light weight, easy processing, beautiful appearance and affordable price make it widely used.
The electronic profile radiator produced by ZP HEAT SINK uses aluminum alloy 6063/6061, and in order to make the radiator more decorative in appearance, longer in life, and stronger in heat dissipation performance, the product will be processed in multiple steps. Through sandblasting, wire drawing and laser technology, the surface of the heat sink is cleaner and smoother, and the decoration is stronger. In addition to electroplating, anodic oxidation and baking paint process, by adding electroplating layer, oxide layer and special material paint on the surface, the overall wear resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance of the radiator are improved, and the performance and accuracy of the radiator are improved. A qualitative improvement has been made.
